1. All items on
sale are new. We are able to obtain special discounts due to the
support of our sponsors towards the hobby of fish keeping. The
proceeds go towards the up-keeping of our web site.
Ordering
2. Orders can be
placed by phone (Mobile No. 96348029) or e-mail to
kingfish09@hotmail.com.

3. For orders of
more than 1 item, check with us for possible reduction in
postage/shipping costs.
Payment
4. Payment
shall be by PAYPAL and direct fund transfer (ATM or internet
banking) to our account
(details will be provided if so required) if the item is to be
delivered to the buyer's address. Upon receipt of payment, we will
confirm the order and provide delivery details such as estimated
date of delivery.
5. Payment to
be by Cash on Collection if buyer collects item from our collection
point at Boon Keng MRT station.
Delivery
6. We consolidate
all purchases and process delivery once a week. Therefore, the
delivery period can range from 3 to 10 days.
7. All delivery
will be via Singpost normal mail.
Collection
8. We only
allow collection on Thursdays at Boon Keng MRT Station from
0730 pm
to 0830 pm. Collection has to be confirmed at least 3 days prior to
the collection date. A rebate depending on the specified purchased
item will be given for self collection.
Return Policy
9. Buyers are
to inspect the purchased items and informed us of any problems
within 3 days. We do not refund cash and buyer has to bear return
postage if exchanges are necessary.
